The Crone embodies deep, divine feminine wisdom. She is the holder of ancient knowledge, facing life’s sharp edges, embracing trials, and navigating spiritual faith. The Crone doesn’t concern herself with what others think; she delves inward to draw from the well of wisdom in her heart. She resides within each of us, calling us inward to the root of our Sage, to the heart of innocence.

The UniCrone invites you to step into a new shape—the shape of Lotsa Love! Through the creative arts and joyful play, dance, and movement, we access ageless vitality and begin to re-align with the divine child within, celebrating every moment as an opportunity for transformation.

The Spiritual meaning of the unicorn is one of myth, magic and legend. The unicorn reminds us of our own inner power, our soul purpose and that the magic that is within every one.
I AM an Archetypal Activist, an Inner Alchemist, A Mo Jo Mystic that is here in service and devotion to the Great Mother, Divine Mother, Mary. In all her many forms and faces. I listen deeply to HER whispers through my heart. In 2020 Lady Liberty came to me in my dreams asking me to ignite all heart flames. She asked me to gather the Priestesses and to go to Her temple, in the Crown of the Statue of Liberty, Her Corona. To offer a ceremony for the One Heart and for Liberation for all beings. Thirteen Priestesses gathered on March 4th 2020 in her body temple. She is more than a statue, she is a symbol for all. She is the Mother’s Welcoming embrace to the land of the free or at least that is what it was meant to be. The day after the ceremony, I departed on the last plane to leave JFK airport as the world shut was locked down. The Coronavirus of fear had erupted, and so did the Corona of Lady Liberty lifting the torch to ignite all heart flames in LOVE.
I share this as part of the story because it shows how archetypal energy works. Once again in the beginning of 2025 I was in a place of deep prayer asking how I might serve as the world appears to be in such madness, separation and division. She once again gave me a new archetype, the UniCrone. I turned 70 this year. It has been a time of great grief with the appearance of the loss of my beloved partner, my health, and my world as I have known it. As a Crone, Wise Woman, I know the power of play to illuminate the way home to the heart. She has been tossing golden threads into this luminous vision web, showing me what to do step by step. I love living in the mystery, for it is far greater than the known mundane world of form. She continues to inform me to open the Academy of the HeArt to awaken all hearts to the true wisdom that is beyond the mind and knowledge in the academia of the past. She has gathered through me other faculty members to support this mission to awaken the archetype of the UniCrone and Unite in the Mystery as Ministers of Magic.
Some might say, this is not a time to believe in unicorns and rainbows. I believe now is a time to BELIEVE in Light and Love and when we play with the shadow it becomes ONE alchemizing the polarity play awakening to unity. The Uni-corn single horn can be a symbol of seeing beyond duality into unity consciousness.
To initiate and invite others into the mundas imaginalis( the ‘imaginal world’). Which ancient Sufi text tells us that it is between the physical world of our senses and the world of abstraction, of intellect, there lies another world of the image and a world that is just as real as either of the other two. The mundas imaginalis is the stomping ground of the anima mundi. It’s the place that all spiritual and transcendent experiences come from.This is not just daydreaming and fantasizing, it opens us to the world of archetypes and visions.
In deep gratitude for all answering this call, the Academy of the Heart is here to create a community and a movement that honors the Wisdom Keepers who get the cosmic joke. Ones that are ready to be Mythmakers, MoJo Mystics, and Ministers of Mystery and Magic.

The Playshop: Your Invitation to Divine Creation
In our playshop, we dive into the sacred, playful process of creation. This is a space to explore and express your unique divine essence through art—whether with paint, clay, or any medium that calls you. Here, we practice crafting in the flow of presence, releasing attachment to perfection and embracing the beauty of messiness.
Creating in this space is alchemical—it is both healing and transformative. Many of us may have experienced past wounds related to creative expression, perhaps feeling like what we made was "not good enough" or "wrong." In our playshop, we let go of those old stories. We celebrate our creations, whether they appear "perfect" or not, because they are perfect in their expression of joy and divine energy.
This is also a space for deep transmutation—releasing any lingering doubts or fears around our creative power. Through play, we reintegrate the innocent, free, blissful senses of childhood with our mature spiritual consciousness, allowing divine creativity to flow effortlessly through us.
The Mother calls us to become illumined, humble, and playful enough for her energy to stream through us and transform the world. As we step into this direct relationship with Her, miracles begin to unfold in our lives and in the world around us.
In this sacred circle of co-creation, we will craft, play, and witness the birth of new possibilities—together. With the frequency of joy as our guide, we are invited to step into the dance of creation, where every moment becomes an opportunity for divine play.

Uma’s Personal Story as a Somatic Explorer, Movement Guide, and Embodiment Mentor
With a lifetime immersed in movement and somatic exploration, my journey began in the '70s with Jazzercise, Yoga Aerobics in the '80s, deepening into Yoga and Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy in the '90s. For 20 years, I engaged in the profound study of “Continuum,” a somatic practice, with its founder, Emilie Conrad.
In 2010, I embarked on a transformative path with Mo Jo Mystic Bradford Keeney, joining the Sacred Ecstatic cohort for a four-year mentorship in Shaking Medicine. Two years later, from the depths of a dark night of the soul, Kindalooney Yoga was born—a practice infused with dance, laughter, and the freedom to shake loose from rigid yoga structures. This offering brought lightness to spaces such as the Santa Barbara Hospice, Cancer Center, Alzheimer’s community, and Brain Injury Center.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a fitness director and personal trainer until I awakened to the vast cosmic universe within and all around me—realizing I was more than just a body. This revelation led me to the 13 Moon Mystery School in 2000, initiating me onto the Priestess Path and guiding me toward embodying love and grounding my energy.
Now, in 2025, my journey continues with renewed embodiment—welcoming a new hip and a fresh inspiration to move chi and cultivate joy. This evolution has birthed Prancercise Practice, a vibrant movement art designed for my elder body that refuses to be confined by age. I am here to prance, dance, and romance life!
As we grow together, this community can flourish into a thriving heart garden, rooted in love and blossoming with new offerings.

This ecstatic state of union with God is a part of the potential that is open for all. This path of joy makes the ascension so very simple, for all that is required is for each individual to begin focusing on, and taking full responsibility for their reality.”
